I worked with this company and it doesn't have anything to do with funding. They just write business plans. This Angel character doesn't even own the company and is just an employee. That's like saying Walmart is a scam because she got a job there. They showed me a reference where FBSW got a 700 million USD grant from the government of the philipines. I talked to the principals, so that was great. Even at that they don't even do funding, it's just a business plan company so I don't know what scam your talking about. Their 3rd party provider is licensed, insured, and warrants his work through a government agency. It sounds like you're just upset with her for some reason, and are just being really ugly.

I agree mmind, it seems that this guy just has a personal vendetta going. I'm not familiar with any way that you can scam someone in the business development industry. Threads like this are completely unfounded and counterproductive. By using statements like this, people with projects that seek funding are going to be scared off from seeking investments. In actuality, business development helps people develop their ideas or concepts into a viable business action plan. By aligning a project's strategies, businesses like this are definately organizing for success rather than leaving these projects to be thrown to the wolves. It is a sensible solution to the problem we have today where people have great ideas but no means of conveying these thoughts into feasible plans ready to be funded. Kudos to those who dedicate their time and efforts to helping others achieve their dreams!

Wow, the things people put on here simply amazes me! Don't you have anything better to do with your time then spread rumors across the internet like a 13 year-old girl? Why are you so worried about this anyway? What is your relationship with this company rippoff? Are you a disgruntled former employee or do you have any proof behind what you say? I ask this because I seriously want to know. I've dealt with this company in the past and plan to do so again in the future. Obviously my experience is on the opposite end of the spectrum of yours.
By the way, assuming you are involved in this industry, who do you work with or for in the funding industry rippoff09?

The owner of this business lost 1million in a company called CEP TRUST.
That is not very savvy if you ask me. Investors are supposed to make a roi ON THEIR INVESTMENT NOT LOOSE IT.
i SAW IT ON PAGE 24 OF GOOGLE UNDER HER NAME.
SHE HAS 24 PAGES OF THINGS UNDER HER NAME. yOU DO NOT SEE THAT ABOUT RANDALL HE HAS NO ENEMIES JUST LOTS OF FRIENDS AND LOVERS.

Agoodplace: If you are not Randall Kohl himself, why do you post the same garbage that he does? You also use the same incorrect grammar and misspell the exact same words. Perhaps you were classmates at the school for underachievers and nobodies. Also, I assume that you were picked on a lot at this school judging by your bullying personality that has manifested itself in adulthood. Agoodplace for you would be in an English class so you could gain a fifth grade reading and writing level instead of passing along this dribble in such a rudimentary fashion.
Now to a point I want to make. What do you not understand about the phrase business development? Developing a business to prepare it for funding is not the same as funding a project. I know this is reaching far above your elementary-level education, but perhaps you should try to figure it out before you go around making false accusations. Or maybe I should just ignore your posts and let you go on sounding like an imbecile.

Are we supposed to believe Angel over Randall? he has went to high extremes on all these post to get his point across.
He even now is placing downloads of his information on blogs so people will see. If this is not true why would someone spend day and night going after her? This is something he has to do for all of us that do like like her but loather her because she has treated us as if we do not exist. Just because we are not positive like her does not mean we should be mistreated. He does not do anything but blog and let people know all the wrong she has done to him and others. She has snubbed the wrong man and she will pay.
He has put these up so others will be just as negative as him and he can by auto suggestion bring the house down. People read this they will all be on his side. No one on this reads for the sake of positive you wuss.
Remeber SANTAN RULES the media. Bad press wins over all else so keep posting your positive crap and see where it gets you staright to h ll.
I am not Randall I am just a fan.He is standing up for what he belives in and someday I will be able to honor him for going after this woman. She is beautiful, rich, and popular and I bet in high school she snubbed the Randall's of this world, now he is getting even for all of us.
Her business will be long gone within 6 months when Randall's through destroying her reputation.

Agoodplace: I tend to believe Angel on this one and here is why. After doing a little search I came upon this posting by Mr. Kohl on another site called mortgage outpost...if you don't believe me I suggest you check it out yourself. Here is what he had to say...you be the judge on whether or not this guy has an axe to grind. Also, notice that this post predates any of these posts here, which makes me believe that this post was actually made by him prior to going on this Mortgagegrapevine site to slander people's names. Though he has proven that anyone can use any name on the internet and say just about anything about a person, the timing of all these posts convinces me that this is really who he is and how he feels.

This is ridiculous, maybe if you so-called.... I mean "so-called" entreprenuer's.... would stop contacting "Finance Brokers", "Angel Investors" and "Private Equity Firms", you would probably get some place!
Did it occur to you, that if they were successful at what they do, they would not be charging upfront fees! All of you got burned because you may be some of the dumbest people on Earth, stop looking for a Venture Capital firm to invest in your venture! THEY DO NOT DO START-UPS!! A Start-up to a Venture Capital Firm is a company that has been operating for 1-3 years!
Get clue, Get a PPM or Private Placement done and contact companies like:

www.PPMExpress.com (Okay)
www.BreadStreet.com (Hit and Miss)
And work on getting private investors of your own. Stop thinking there is a firm out there that can "fund" you because you have a "Great ROI".
If you got burned, Good, odds are you would have pissed the money away anyway!

I know that the FBSW group is a venture capital group, I think.
I did research and found that this company is over 5 years old and has a good D&B score so I am not sure if the person knows what they are talking about.
I called the FBI to see what it was about and my broker spoke to a Randall Kohl from Irvine . The FBI is investigating a comapny called Phoenix because they filed BK and lost deposits from the escrow attorney Michael Garber. It looks like the owner of FBSW worked for them for less than 6 months and she quit when they were not funding the projects. The main purpose is to keep people aware of the Phoenix owner Drew Hernandez. If he is still working they need to make sure he is not repeating his mistakes and loosing other peoples money.
As for FBSW the FBI has no problem with their company FYI.
Perhaps the guy Randall needs to be placing alerts on Drew Hernandez not a venture capital firm. What a big dummy!

The big thing about the feds is that people do not get paid back. They just freeze everyones assets and the fed keeps
it. If someone got their money from a trade indirectly and Randall got his money back from a scam trade at some point
if he did not go into the trade but Phoenix went on his behalf he will have his assets frozen too. You can not take
money from one person when another person owes you the money with out some form of contract. This is a form of arbatrage.
If there was black mail Randall will at some point be just as guilty as the other scammers. The feds do not help in people getting money back from Phoenix they freeze assets and keep the cash just like seizing other assets where a crime has been committed.
Trade works but you need a platform and 100m . Phoenix had a few hundred thousand at a time and they were scammed by the fake traders.
The whole problem is education is key to not getting involved in soemthing that will ruin your life. People trick you into thinking they have all the answers when the truth is they are just wondering through it just like the rest of us.
Angel and her team was a victim of circumstance and they trusted the Phoenix principals knew what they were doing. Now they are left in the pblic eye to make things right for people who need funding and this Randall guy just wants to make trouble. He should be worried about taking money from Jennifer Eden when he did not send her money. He sent money to Michael Garber. This is a crime.
He would need to send Jennifer back the money and have it channeled to the people who are in the bankrupcy with Phoenix so they all would be able to have some cash from their losses. It is not fair only Randall got his money back and everyone else lost. Instead the fed will freeze everything and knowone will benefit. Randall once again is greedy and self centered.
Hopefully Drew Hernandez will pay back the people their deposits. Then I guess it would be a happy day for everyone.
I learned all this from talking to the officials from the Phoenix case. Angel should not be involed on the sites Randall has included her on sites. He has went as far as to buy a domain name that was a person involved with Phoeniz and make a website of negative mortgage grapevine press with her info. This guy is wacked.
